Kitchen & Basement

The Twin Bridge Resort  is very well known for good food. The 950 square foot kitchen is well equipped and well laid out. It features a gas broiler, stove and griddle, as well as two large floor standing fryers and a chicken broaster. Most recently we put in a ne Ansul sire suppression system and large stainless steel exhaust hood.

The basement is large and well considered. It features a very big walk in cooler with modern refrigeration and easy access from a ramp from the front of the building. The LP gas boiler, new in 2001, provides both heat and hot water efficiently. There is a modern laundry area with two washers and dryers.

All plumbing and electrical was updated as the remodeling took place over the last ten years. Other upgrades include a new well, three new septic systems, and a new grease interceptor system.
